As a busy mom, I find it so difficult to get everything done that needs to get done throughout the week. So if I can find a way to get things checked off my list quickly and in less time, then I am all for it.
As I recently started working full time again from home, I knew that working even from home would leave me less time to do as much as I was used to doing around my home. One of my favorite things to do is cook dinner for my family every night and I know my family enjoys a home cooked meal more than eating out.

If you stumbled upon this post, then I am sure you have heard of an Instant Pot which cuts down on the time it takes to prepare meals at home. So I knew that if I wanted to keep up with my family at dinner time that I needed to invest in an Instant Pot.
I really love Crock Pot meals too and I will be sure to create a list of my favorite Crock Pot recipes soon. For now, I will be listing 10 dinner recipes that I can’t wait to try in my new instant pot.
The biggest difference between an Instant Pot and a Crock Pot is an Instant Pot cooks meals that normally take hours quickly. A Crock Pot slow cooks the same meals at a lower temperature for a longer period of time.
Whether you are a busy stay at home mom, working mom, or someone who is just looking for some ideas on what to cook in your Instant Pot, then these dinner ideas will not disappoint. Enjoy!
