5 Reasons To Be Thankful

Hello Ya’ll! Hope wherever you are that you are having a wonderful day. I have truly had a blessed day today. Here in the United States we celebrate Thanksgiving, and I purchased two turkeys this year. I decided to make one today, and enjoy an early Thanksgiving meal with my family. It was awesome, and I feel so thankful for so many things in my life.

My life is not perfect in any way, and sometimes I just feel so down about problems that I cannot make dissappear, but at the same time there are many things I am grateful for. And that is basically what I like Thanksgiving to be about in my home. We are celebrating the many things we are thankful for in our lives. No matter how big or small the blessing seems, we give thanks.

Here is a list of things I am THANKFUL for, and I hope you enjoy.

1. Health.

I am so thankful that I am healthy, I have healthy children, and a healthy spouse. I am able to do the things that I want to do right now. I am not in pain or unable to do things I love. And neither is my family. For this, we are thankful.

2. Family.

I am so thankful for my family. I could be all alone, but they are right there beside me. Through the nicest of times and through the most difficult of times in our life, they are right there with me. And for that, I am thankful.

3. A home.

I am thankful for my home. I have a roof over my head, a bed to sleep in at night, and my own private sanctuary for my family and I. Not everyone has this, and I am oh so thankful for my home.

4. This blog.

I am so thankful for this blog because I get to share my stories and thoughts whenever I feel like. I get to be creative, wise, and knowledgable on this space. For this, I am thankful.

5. You.

I am so thankful for YOU, my friend, for reading my blog posts. And for sticking by my side through the first two months of my blogging journey. It has been an incredible journey, and for that I am so so thankful.

What are you thankful for this holiday season?

Please let me know in the comments. I would love to hear your thoughts and be inspired by your blessings.

Until next time friends, take care.
