Blogtober Day 27- What I Have  Learned So Far From Blogtober!

Hello Y’all! Hope today has been good to you! My darling little baby has a cold, so I have had quite a day so far. He seems to be getting better though.

I know that October is not done yet, but I have learned so much from it that I couldn’t wait to share it.

So first, I learned that Blogtober is hard. It is so time consuming and difficult to produce content every single day. Some days this month, I just wasn’t inspired to write about anything. I totally agree with quality over quantity

Although, I did want to push a blog post every day this month, I did not want to post something that wasn’t good to read. So I skipped a day or two here and there, and that is OK.

If I were ever to attempt Blogtober again, I would definitely have every post scheduled in advance. That would be the only way it could work for me.

Blogtober did help me gain lots of traffic which is great for my blog. But, it still took a lots of promotion and engagement too. So not sure if it was the fact that I was writing every day or that I was actively engaging on social media. Could be a mix of both.

I have decided to just stick to posting three times a week. So I guess Blogtober wasn’t for me. I am just too busy with work and my personal life to put that much pressure on myself. Lesson learned.

If you are participating in Blogtober, how did it go for you?

Until next time friends, take care.
