Blogtober Day 17 – Fall Workout Routine

Hello Y’all! Today is Day 17 of Blogtober. I just started trying to get back in shape. I really wanted to share some exercise routines I have been doing to get back in shape.

So I am 6 months postpartum, and I am trying to get as close to my prepregnancy body as possible. I just started these exercise videos from home. I started this Sunday, and trust me when I say I was super tired after working out. I am starting off slow because I am very much out of shape. I am doing only 10-15 minutes a day, every other day, but you can do it as often as you like.

I followed this video on Sunday, and it kicked my butt!

Easy Beginners Workout for Women

This Sunday, I did my workout in the morning, and I was really tired throughout the day. I am going to switch it up today, and do this one in the evening because I am hoping it helps me sleep better tonight.

Baby currently has control of my schedule, so it is all up to how he is feeling. I might wait until he is asleep for the night.

I also walk as much as I can. If I can walk to the store  or somewhere that is close by instead of driving,  I do that to get some exercise in without any real effort.
